She holds a doctorate in clinical nutrition from Kingdom College of Natural Health 2012, started teaching Yoga in 2014, became a Reiki practitioner in 2013 and a TBA practitioner in 2006.

Stacy is also a trained practitioner in TBA (Total Body Analysis), a 100% natural and homeopathic method to healing. It involves applied kinesiology (or muscle testing) to read electromagnetic frequencies in the body that are not functioning optimally. With this data she develops a specific-to-you homeopathic remedy to correct the deficiencies.
