Lisa Maruk Bio:
Lisa Maruk has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 10 years, a Reiki Master for 11, and is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of experience. Lisa graduated from Ohio College of Massotherapy in 2011, and has been a Reiki practitioner since 2007 and a Reiki Master since 2010.
She has worked with a variety of clients including: pain patients, oncology patients, those at the end of life, as well as those with emotional and physical trauma. She has specialized training in Myofascial Release, taught by the internationally recognized practitioner,John F. Barnes, PT, LMT, NCTMB. The primary use of Myofascial Release is for regaining flexibility or function after an injury and reducing pain. Additionally, Lisa has a certification in oncology massage.
Lisa is passionate about Reiki and massage, and believe they create a lovely balance between body, mind, and spirit. Lisa is also currently working as a hospice nurse and volunteers her services to oncology patients.
