In this workshop you'll get an introduction to skills that can help you understand emotions and how to regulate them, strategies to tolerate uncomfortable realities, and find more peace and purpose in life.

This class combines gentle yoga poses combined with breath work and meditation techniques that stimulate the glandular system and the vagus nerve leading to an overall feeling of well-being. No prior yoga experience is necessary, but please be aware there will be poses seated on the floor.
