Somatic Hypnotherapy

Our bodies hold more than we realize. You might know what you need to do, but just can't. This is because beliefs, emotional and behavioral patterns, and unresolved experiences live in our subconscious body as implicit memories. This can result in the body being stuck in fight, flight, or freeze responses that continue cycles of nervous system dysregulation.

Somatic hypnotherapy is a holistic approach that integrates guided meditative states and somatic techniques to support emotional and nervous system regulation and mind-body integration. These sessions provide a slow and safe space to uncover deeply held stories and sensations to begin processing and releasing chronic or traumatic stress. Madison is actively pursuing her certification in somatic experiencing and is currently finishing her ‘intermediate level training’.

What Somatic Hypnotherapy is Like With Madison

Initial Consult: The first session is used to discuss goals, explore current concerns, and begin building internal resources. Focus is placed on gaining clarity around the beliefs the body is holding onto—where those beliefs are being held, and where they are not. This session establishes the groundwork for deeper somatic and subconscious exploration.

60-Minute Follow-Ups: Sessions progress slowly and intentionally, following the body's natural pace to avoid overwhelming the nervous system. Through meditation and focused presence, attention is directed toward bodily sensations to access long-held emotional, physical, or behavioral patterns. By tracking physical responses, nervous system capacity gradually expands, allowing for natural processing and the restoration of balance.

90-Minute Follow-Ups: This extended somatic hypnotherapy session allows for more in depth investigation with memory regression hypnosis if needed. Involves deeper states of hypnosis and more time allowance for processing.

Optional Add-On — Nervous System Nutrition Coaching - 30 minutes $35: Work with your practitioner to learn what foods activate and depress your nervous system, how to restore inner harmony using nutrition, and redefine your relationship with food.
